Spacious self catering holiday cottage sleeping up to 6 people and dogs welcome. It has a closed in rear garden and front decked area for outside entertaining or relaxing overlooking the lush green gardens. Our cottage is in an excellent location from which to explore the many attractions of both Devon and Cornwall.

This well equipped holiday cottage offers space to relax and getaway.

It offers 3 bedrooms comprising of:

A double with en-suite corner bathroom, a bunk room with en-suite shower room and a single with extra pull out with en-suite shower room.

There is an open plan lounge with flat screen freeview TV with built in DVD player. A selection of games, cards and books to help you relax.

The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with fridge plus small freezer compartment, full oven and microwave.

The back garden offers a private area for you to relax and also has a washing line for beach towels etc.

Outside the front door cottage a decked area offers seating for 6 and an area to BBQ if you wish, it overlooks the lush gardens and one of the ponds of Kinrowan Park.

All bed linen and towels are provided, so less to pack!

There is an electric metre which takes £1 coins.
